Went for a job interview earlier. Fumbled my way through with my nonsensical answers. I hate fluffy interviews where they ask u the standard questions.

1. Why do you wanna leave your present job?
Model ans:There isn't room for growth with my current employer and I'm ready to move on to a new challenge
Truth: I hate my boss, I should get a higher pay, I hate the office IT which doesn't allow me to MSN.


2. Why do you want to join this organization?
Model ans: I see this organization as a great place to develop my career.
Truth: Maybe you are a nicer boss, you will give me a higher pay, I can log on to MSN here.


3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years time?
Model ans: I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization, like this one.
Truth: I wanna be your boss / I may not be here anymore...


Does the guy who memorized the best model answer means that he's capable for the job? Sigh.. when will they ever get it?
