I had a terrible morning. I was pretty excited about today as I am going back Thailand tonight. Until the online travel guru, as they claimed, ruined it completely. My flight will be landing in Bangkok in an unearthly hour (pass midnight), so I decided to book a hotel room and spend one night there before going home. I surfed around and found this cheap deal for a 4 star hotel on Zuji. Did all the booking, paid by my credit card and was very happy with this lobang.
Then yesterday, I realised that I should check in on 2nd August instead of 3rd, or else I got to hang around the airport until 12 noon before I can check in. So I called Zuji. And this horrible ang moh customer service woman, told me that there's no more room in Zuji's block booking. If I want to cancel now, they have to forfeit my payment. I was so damn pissed!! Then when I ask her whether there's any solution, she said there's nothing she can do cos' I was given plenty of time to check.. And the ultimate came when I told her that I won't be using Zuji's online service anymore, she said, " Well, I guess that's fine!" Wahlau!!!!!!!!
Then nvm, I tried to call the hotel to try to change. Then they told me they don't have my booking! So i tried their Zuji online customer service, hoping that it won't be that stupid woman anymore. Apparently, their agent in thailand didn't book my room! But luckily this customer service officer better, helped me rebooked to the date I wanted. Sigh.. I guess I won't be trusting online booking anymore... so bloody irresponsible!
